How Our Model Works:

Our model is simple, transparent, and designed for success: carefully vetted, high-potential companies accepted on the programme provide an upfront entry fee to invest in our 12 month programme of activities and support, designed to speed up the difficult pilot phase:

Expedited Pilot Establishment

â—‹ We situate you in a relevant NHS site to undertake a pilot over a set period. Each stage will have transparent milestones and timelines so that both companies and partners know what to expect.

â—‹ We provide access to data and support to help you generate the evidence you need for budget impact modelling, localised health economics and validating your outcomes with investors. We ensure that qualitative data and user feedback can be obtained.

Partnership

â—‹ Direct engagement with practising clinicians to refine deployment and strengthen adoption.
â—‹ Support with expediting integration activities, addressing technical or logistical hurdles together as required.
â—‹ Active input on strategic governance, developing your contracting and commercial mechanisms, and common information governance requirements.

Apply on our site 

Confirm you can match fund £10k-£20k for pilots. This is because the engagement will require a lot of clinical time and resources.

Send us a pitch deck and outline proposal of how we can help to scale with Your solution. For example, what would you need from Modality-Pathfinder to get your solution off the ground.

Based on your proposal and outlined commercials, we will book an initial meeting with our core team, followed by a subsequent meeting with our clinical delivery working group from the growth accelerator 

We will confirm your place based on final decisions.
